Bait and Switch
Boy oh boy do The Sounds know how to market. Anyone who has has either two sets of balls (eye and/or the testicle variety) has already peeked over to the right and seen that album cover of the two very attractive ladies seemingly oblivious to how attractive they are. 
Knowing nothing about The Sounds I, of course, automatically assumed that they are the band. Okay, maybe I just really, really hoped. So now, if you haven’t listened to the album, go and pick it up at your local record swap, take a listen, and assume those girls are the band. The Sounds sound great right? Those are probably some crazy hot party chicks right? Damn my curiosity.
I feel so used. What’s with the shirts dudes?

Perhaps these girls do know how attractive they are. I decided to crank my crank-powered Internet a little harder (instead of running on pure hamster wheel juice) and it seems our fair ladies are more than just album cover fodder.
Our lady on the left is the head of the potentially pretentious NY traveling party/dj group The Misshapes. Her name is Leigh Lezark and apparently the other girl is “just a friend”. Yes, looking this up has kind of ruined it for me. No, they aren’t any less attractive.

yeah, I saw this group on their my space page, which I like to visit any time it seems like there are some hot broads involved, and I was equally disappointed. that picture was hilarious, though.
They would not be allowed in many dining establishments.
The guy on the far right looks like he was in a Geico commercial.
