What the hell is going on with this record. It sounds like a long drawn out drone to me. For three songs. And about 40 minutes.
What am I missing, guys? Do I need in-ear headphones to enjoy this? Was my deletion premature?

I felt the same way. In fact, I didn’t even waste my time downloading it. I based my opinion on the iTunes samples. SnoozerFuckingVille.
Actually yes, if you’re talking about A Crimson Grail, you missed something. The actual parisian concert of 400 guitars inside the Sacré Cœur, one of the biggest church in France, on which the record is based, and of which it only gives a poor hint.
