Guitar Friday

Last night, for the annual office Christmas party, the owner of my agency invited everyone and their families out to a performance of The Nutcracker by the Grand Rapids Ballet Company.

There were no guitars playing last night and it made me sad, damn near to tears. But I overcame my meloncholy because halfway through the second act, there was my boss onstage as Mother Ginger.

But to bring us back to guitars, I still left wanting some Tchaikovsky set to some gii-tar. So here is the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet making your face melt with the Nutcracker Suite.

Shit is finger-pickin’ good.

    Greeds:

Thanks for the post. I just cannot get enough classical guitar. I am not sure if it is the beautiful picking or the stylish dress that these troubadours are rocking, but it was great.

A note to fellow guitarists: don’t you just want one of those classical guitar foot stands? So unnecessary, yet the Captain would be proud.
