If only the song matched the video quality
A up-and-coming British band (read poor garage band) needed to make a music video on the cheap. So instead of paying for studio fees and video equipment, they used the hundreds of government security cameras already set up around London. The band, the Get Out Clause, set up their gear in conspicuous spots, played the song and then requested the resulting footage through the Data Protection Act (Britian’s Freedom of Information Act).
The song is fairly uninteresting, but the resulting video is great idea.
