MacroReview: Currently Pumping from My Stereo
With the understanding that I have a penchant for burning myself out of fabulous records by listening to them over and over, things are good right now, with about seven great records spinning on my iphone.
Get yourself these records with a quickness.

Lollopalooza Complete Lineup Announced
FINAL LOLLAPALOOZA LINEUP
Is this even news any longer?
While there is no way I will attend this festival of human kindness, I do like reading through the list of bands and noting which I would like to see. Alas, they will likely be drowned out by a larger stage sound system or booked […]
You only thought you liked this song because the computer was hot.
But you were wrong, this is a good song. And a great video concept. I located this on the internet. Have a look.
Ah yes, let the remixing begin!

I left a party to listen to this record tonight.
All my favorite coworkers were eating free food and drinking free beer (even Dogfish Head’s 90 Minute IPA) when someone’s iPod’s playlist played two songs off of this album. That’s when I knew I was going to have to leave early; Early enough to get […]

VampWeek: Can we be the next OK Go?

9) Okkervil River, The Stage Names – “Unless It’s Kicks” earned this a spot on my list […]

Justice: Our attempt to one-up Daft Punk
Well, I didn’t see this live, after swearing off late night television once the Cubs left the West Coast for good this season, but it is worth watching none the less. Michael Jackson, Rod Stewart, Prince, Rick James and Stevie Wonder straight rocking on Jimmy Kimmel. Gotta say I love this, but I […]
